The service will include readings of Arthur’s favorite poems, reflections from family and friends, and hymns that held special meaning for him. All are welcome to attend and share in remembering Arthur.
Arthur Penhaligon’s final resting place is in the serene “Havenwood Cemetery,” nestled in a quiet corner overlooking a beautiful rose garden, a nod to his love for gardening. A simple, elegant headstone marks his spot, engraved with his name, birth year (1938), and the phrase “A life well-lived, a heart well-loved.”
