Returns Policy for Memorial Plaques
We understand that purchasing a memorial plaque is a deeply personal decision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Eligibility:
- Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: Anyone can return a plaque within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, unbroken, and in its original packaging. We want you to be completely happy with your memorial.
- Personalized/Engraved Plaques: If there is an error in the engraving that was not the customer’s fault, we will happily accept a return or exchange.
Exchanges:
- If there is a problem with the plaque, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one.
Shipping:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving your returned plaque in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at help@lovingmemoirs.com. Please provide your order number and let us know whether you’d like to return or exchange your plaque.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
