Eligibility:

• Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: Anyone can return a plaque within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, unbroken, and in its original packaging. We want you to be completely happy with your memorial.
• Personalized/Engraved Plaques: If there is an error in the engraving that was not the customer’s fault, we will happily accept a return or exchange.
  
  

Exchanges:

• If there is a problem with the plaque, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one.
  
  

Shipping:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  
  

Refunds:

• Upon receiving your returned plaque in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
