Returns Policy for Memorial Plaques

We understand that purchasing a memorial plaque is a deeply personal decision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and accommodating while ensuring the integrity of our products.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The plaque must be unused, in its original packaging, and free of any damage.
  • Personalized/Engraved Plaques: We accept returns or exchanges for personalized/engraved plaques only if there is an error in the engraving that was not the customer’s fault.
  • Exchanges: If you are eligible for a return or exchange, we offer a one-time exchange for a different plaque of equal or lesser value. If the replacement plaque is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error in the engraving on our part. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on memorial plaques, except in cases where the return is due to an error in the engraving that was not the customer’s fault.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at help@lovingmemoirs.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

Exceptions

This returns policy does not apply to custom-made plaques or plaques purchased at a discounted price.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
