Returns Policy

We understand that purchasing a memorial plaque is a deeply personal decision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Eligibility

• Customer satisfaction guarantee: you can return a plaque within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, unbroken, and in its original packaging.
• Personalised / engraved plaques: if there is an error in the engraving that was not the customer's fault, we will happily accept a return or exchange.

Exchanges

If there is a problem with your plaque, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part — in that case, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned plaque in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Initiating a return or exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at admin@loving-memoirs.com. Please provide your order number and let us know whether you'd like to return or exchange your plaque.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
